Join this absolutely judgement free zone where we’ll begin by refueling our minds by covering the discussion questions from the sermon notes & spending time in prayer. Then, we’ll refuel our bodies with Jillian Michael’s video, Shred for Beginners. With multiple levels for each move, this really is a group for everybody!
Wear comfortable clothes & bring a water bottle and yoga mat or beach towel. Hand weights are optional but would be nice to bring if you have them. Sign up or just show up.
