Join this absolutely judgement free zone where we’ll begin by refueling our minds by covering the discussion questions from the sermon notes & sharing prayer requests. Then, we’ll refuel our bodies with Jillian Michael’s video, Shred for Beginners. With multiple levels for each move, this really is a group for everybody! Feel free to modify the workouts to fit your needs! This is your time! Do what your body needs!
Wear comfortable clothes & bring a water bottle. Hand weights & a yoga mat or towel are optional but would be nice to bring if you have them.
