The Blessed Skeptic

The Blessed Skeptic

I knew it wouldn’t work. I knew I couldn’t do it. I thought we’d lose. Like acid eating away at metal, skepticism fueled by ridicule eats away at our belief. Our belief in ourselves, our belief in our mission, our belief in God – it’s something we have to battle everyday. This Sunday, we’ll talk about the seduction of skepticism, the danger of skepticism, & even the blessing of skepticism.

But before we get to Sunday, don’t forget the Mission Auction is Saturday! With more than 40 items available, This is an event you don’t want to miss. The evening will start at 5:00 with dinner brought to you by the Boy Scouts for just $5 per person or $15 per family up to 4. Bidding will begin at 6:30. Everything will take place in the Great Hall. And proceeds will help support our mission trips & activities.
